Release Enhancements

• Added a feature to allow for exporting APM summary data (Requests, SQL Queries, Web Services, etc) to a .csv file
• Improved performance around setting user permissions
• Made some improvements around viewing APM traces for NodeJS and PHP apps
• Made some improvements in navigating from a Log Query to the Logs Dashboard
• Added a way to revoke user invitations in Retrace
• Updated the TFS integration UI to support Personal Access Tokens

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where selected fields could not be applied properly on the Error Occurrences page
• Fixed an exception that would occur if an ELM field length was too long
• Fixed an issue where traces in a different format were not handled correctly
