## Release Enhancements

- Made some preparations in the Portal to prepare for APM support in Node.js and Ruby application types

## Bug Fixes

- Made some improvements around alert notifications being displayed in the wrong timezone
- Fixed bug causing notifications to not be sent out for certain users
