# Firewall Exclusions & IP Address

## Agent-Related Networks

The following service endpoints are firewall exceptions that your server may need for the Retrace agent to work correctly on your network. The preference is to allow the domain name because the IP addresses listed below are subject to change.

## External Website Check Networks

If you are using Retrace’s capabilities for doing HTTP ping checks you may need to whitelist our IP address that will be executing the HTTP checks. You only need to do this if your website restricts access by IPs.
