# Windows Agent 4.17.11

## Release Overview

**Release Date: 9/12/2018**

**Improved Stability around APM Related Issues**

This release contains a continued effort to improve stability in collecting and processing APM data in the agent. Specifically, improvements were made around better handling how large traces are processed, along with a more structured method of restarting IIS.

## Release Enhancements

**Better Support for Console Applications**

- Console Apps can that are running as Scheduled Tasks in Windows can now be added to Retrace as a "Window Task" on the "Other Apps" page.

**Windows Event Log Improvements**

- Made some stability improvements around uploading Windows Event Logs to Retrace, specifically "Applications and Services Logs" events.

## Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where upgrades could cause Tomcat to force reboots when running Java on Windows.
- Fixed a reporting bug for PremiumV2 App Services where metric values were incorrect.
- Fixed an issue where servers with multiple dedicated CPUs would cause inaccurate results for CPU%.
- Fixed an issue where an IISAppPool exception would cause APM to stop
