# Windows Agent 4.23

## Bug Fixes

- Made some improvements in the agent to reduce CPU consumption
- Fixed a SQL parsing error that could happen when using the “EXECUTE” SQL command
- Fixed a SQL parsing error impacting PostgreSQL
- Fixed how Java on Windows External WebService calls are displayed in APM so that the URL name is shown
