Anti Virus Conflict

Some Anti-Virus software can hamper the Prefix Installation resulting in the proper environment variables not being set.

Not seeing information in Prefix?

  1. Verify the Environment variables were set correctly upon install. Please refer to the proper language documentation for configuring your app with Prefix to verify what environment variables are required.
  2. If the environment variables were not set, you will need to temporarily disable the Anti-Virus software and then run the installation for Prefix again
  3. Confirm that the Environment Variables were set and the profiler for your language was installed before enabling the Anti-Virus software again.
