Some Anti-Virus software can hamper the Prefix Installation resulting in the proper environment variables not being set.
Not seeing information in Prefix?
- Verify the Environment variables were set correctly upon install. Please refer to the proper language documentation for configuring your app with Prefix to verify what environment variables are required.
- If the environment variables were not set, you will need to temporarily disable the Anti-Virus software and then run the installation for Prefix again
- Confirm that the Environment Variables were set and the profiler for your language was installed before enabling the Anti-Virus software again.
